Pricing

Quoted per project, not off a price list.

We do not publish a build price, because we do not have one price. What a build costs depends on your niche, how much of your content already exists, and how much of it we have to make. Publishing a single figure here would misrepresent what we actually charge, so we quote each project instead.

Our online booking page is not live yet, so this opens an email to us. We reply the same day.

How it is structured

Two parts, and you always see the build before you commit.

Part one

The build

A one-off cost for designing, building and taking your site live on your own domain. It is a deposit before work begins, then the balance before the site goes live. Both amounts, and everything included, are confirmed in your signed agreement before anything is paid.

  • Deposit before work begins
  • Balance before go-live on your domain
  • Two rounds of revisions included
  • Plus GST where applicable, on a tax invoice

Part two

The care plan

An ongoing monthly plan covering hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly allowance of content edits. Your first 30 days are free, and you can cancel in that window at no charge. The rate and the inclusions for your plan tier are confirmed at signup.

  • Hosting, SSL and content delivery
  • Backups and uptime monitoring
  • A monthly allowance of content edits
  • First 30 days free, cancel any time

Why there is no number on this page

A published figure is either a floor nobody pays or a ceiling nobody believes.

Projects genuinely differ

An electrical contractor with a full Google profile, existing photos and a licence number on hand is a different job from a business with a Facebook page and nothing else. Charging both the same figure would mean overcharging one of them.

You see the work before the price matters

By the time we discuss cost, you have already opened your own site on your phone. You are not deciding whether to gamble on a description. You are deciding whether a finished thing you have already looked at is worth what we are asking.

Nothing is verbal

Your quote is written down. The build price, the payment schedule, the scope, what is excluded and the care plan rate all sit in a signed agreement before you pay anything. If it is not in that document, it is not what you agreed to. The general terms are on our Terms of Service and Care Plan Terms pages.

Extra work is quoted before it is done

Anything outside the agreed scope, or beyond your care plan's monthly edit allowance, is quoted and approved before we start on it. You should never see a cost on an invoice that you have not already agreed to.

What we can tell you before a call

We are a new studio without a client list, and we price accordingly. We are more interested in building a portfolio of work that is genuinely live and genuinely producing enquiries than in maximising an early invoice.

If your budget and our quote are not going to meet, we would much rather find that out on a fifteen minute call than after you have spent an afternoon on it. Tell us roughly what you had in mind and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic.
